The feedback process has been completed.

VISION defines our desired future through inspiring and energizing our creative thinking toward answering the question:  What do we believe God wants our church to look like when we become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the Fullness of Christ? (Ephesians 4:13b)

Draft Vision Statement

We envision a time when...

1.   Worship unifies our congregation around a dynamic and diverse mix of styles and music that are God-focused, Word-centered, confessional, and meaningful for both our members and the visitors who attend.

2.   Prayer is the heartbeat of our church as evidenced by the extent to which every decision, every activity and event, every outreach and missions effort, and every challenge faced by individuals, groups, and families in our church are bathed in individual and corporate prayer.

3.   Each individual's need and desire for spiritual growth is matched by one-on-one discipling, educational programs, and small group opportunities that enable those involved to become knowledgeable and faithful disciples of Christ.

4.   Everyone who enters our church feels welcomed, valued, and needed which flows out of our efforts to warmly greet visitors, to talk about our church in positive and encouraging ways, to help others find their place in the Body of Christ, to reconcile with one another, and to seek ways to share our lives outside of worship.

5.   Each member of our church is serving our congregation and community because of a heart changed by the Word of God, identifying and using one's Spiritual Gifts, and an eagerness to seek and respond to service opportunities.

6.   Because of a heart for the lost and a passion for both local and global evangelism, there is an ongoing effort to equip all members to effectively share their faith, to provide organized mission trips and other local and global outreach opportunities, and to assist and pray for those called to be missionaries.

7.   Because we continually emphasize that everything we have in life comes from a loving God, every church member faithfully and joyfully tithes and gives of their time and Spiritual Gifts.

8.   A sanctuary carefully designed for future growth and ministry needs has been completed, and the planning, thoughtful stewardship, and utilization of our facilities and grounds ministers to our community as well as our congregation on as many days and for as many hours per week as possible.
